25% deposit to confirm the booking within 7 days of receiving the confirmation email & invoice. Payment will be collected using the credit card details provided at the time of booking. The remaining 75% will be due 30 days before arrival.
Bookings with payments not received by the due date are liable for cancellation, our accounts department will contact you when payment is due.

Low Season: is between 1st June and 30th June (both dates included)
High Season: is between 1st July to 31st October (both dates included)
Low Season: is between 1st November to 22nd December (both dates included)
Festive Season: is between 23rd December to 6th January (both dates included)
High Season: is between 7th January to 31st March (both dates included)
Closed: 1st April - 31st May

All rates are exclusive of the new government Infrastructure tax of USD 5 per person per night & are quoted in US Dollars.

More than 30 days before date of arrival: Full refund
30 days before arrival & no shows: 100% of the full booking will be charged
No children under 16 yrs at the Z hotel. Children of all ages welcome at Kidoti villas.
